Groove is in the Heart Yoga!

My beautiful yoga teacher, a Smithie (Amy Reed, a geology major who found her true calling in anusara yoga), will be leading us in a "Groove is in the Heart" yoga class during reunion!

The class will be held at Yoga Sanctuary on Saturday afternoon. Mats, blankets and props will be provided. Currently, the class is only open to members of the Class of 1994, but that may change. We are sponsoring the class--and Amy is offering us a discount--so the class will be free and all are welcome.

Anusara is a loving, heart-centered, joy-filled form of hatha yoga. Whether you're an experienced yogini or have never even sat cross-legged let alone done down-dog, you will be welcomed and able to be present.
